Recruiting: Hiring Well

Lisa hits the nail on the head in identifying two key elements generally lacking in the recruiting process. She outlines some good considerations that should be part of the process. This a problem we face in our organization. Often, the urgency of finding a "warm body" to fill the position overshadows the importance of getting the correct body.
